INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you join Early Access or make a no-payment reservation, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, country or market, selected product, color, size, purchase-intent feedback and campaign attribution information.

HOW WE USE IT

We use this information to manage Early Access, preserve your reservation benefit, understand product demand, improve our website, measure marketing performance and send launch communications when you consent.

ANALYTICS

When analytics is enabled, BAVALDI may use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure page visits, product interest, Early Access conversions and campaign attribution. These services may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy terms.

PAYMENT DATA

BAVALDI does not collect payment-card information during Early Access reservations because no payment is accepted at this stage.

YOUR CHOICES

You may request access, correction or deletion of Early Access information, or unsubscribe from marketing communications, by emailing info@bavaldi.com.

SECURITY & RETENTION

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect reservation data and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
